Poverty Trends Scorecard: Canada 2012

The first report in CPJ’s Poverty Trends Scorecard initiative, entitled “Canada 2012,” was released on October 17, 2012, the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. It shows how some progress toward ending poverty in Canada has been made, but much more work remains for us all to do.
The full report consists of an overview with some key information, seven double-sided fact sheets with stats, graphs, and analysis on the impact of poverty on different groups of people in Canada, and an explanation of what measurements we used and why.
